Our Conference is a 1 day, value-packed event taking place on 27th February 2026 8.00am – 6:00pm, then we will host a Networking Drinks Reception at the same venue from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm which will include complimentary canapés, alcohol and soft drinks.

VF Media will provide food and beverage throughout the official hours of the Conference (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) and during the optional drinks reception after the Conference (6:00 pm – 8:00pm) at no cost to you.

Any additional costs incurred by you as a ‘delegate’ will be your responsibility, such as accommodation and transportation fees, airfare, alcohol, phone, fax or other incidental charges, gift shop items etc.
